1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using 2nd Line+: Second Phone Number ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

The App provides users with:

The ability to obtain a virtual second phone number from available countries

Number search and selection tools

Caller ID lookup and number detail search

Contact management features

Multiple login/authentication options (Apple ID, Email, etc.)

Account and settings management

Availability of specific countries, numbers, or features may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the security of your login credentials

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in robocalling

Use the second number for illegal activities, including fraud, scams, or unauthorized bulk messaging

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or connected systems

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute virtual numbers without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Virtual Numbers and Subscriptions

Virtual phone numbers provided through the App are for personal or business communication purposes only and remain the property of our telecommunications partners.

Numbers may be reassigned or deactivated if your subscription lapses, expires, or is cancelled, or due to prolonged inactivity.

Any subscription fees, in-app purchases, or renewal terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase and are billed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's own terms.

We are not responsible for number portability limitations imposed by telecommunications regulations in any country.

7. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through the App are processed via Apple's App Store billing system. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds outside of Apple's platform, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology within the App are owned by or licensed to the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, telecommunications carriers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED/ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT VIRTUAL NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ALL REGIONS OR AT ALL TIMES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
