End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Allan Lozares ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the mobile application 2nd Line+: Second Phone Number ("the App"), including all associated content, updates, and documentation.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

This Agreement is between you and the Licensor only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. License Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT, and will not permit any third party to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App

Copy or modify the App, in whole or in part

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice on the App

Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including unlawful use of virtual phone numbers

Circumvent any technological measure that controls access to the App or its features

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. The Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos used in the App.

5. Third-Party Materials and Services

The App may enable access to third-party services (e.g., telecommunications carriers for virtual number provisioning, Apple Sign-In for authentication). Your use of such third-party materials or services is governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties, and the Licensor disclaims all responsibility or liability related thereto.

6. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that the Licensor may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to device information, usage data, and virtual number activity metadata, as described in the App's Privacy Policy, to facilitate updates, support, and service improvements.

7. No Maintenance or Support

The Licensor is not obligated to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. To the extent maintenance or support is provided, it is at the Licensor's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN THE EVENT OF ANY FAILURE OF THE APP TO CONFORM TO ANY APPLICABLE WARRANTY, YOU MAY NOTIFY APPLE, AND APPLE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE (IF ANY) FOR THE APP; TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLE HAS NO OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE APP.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

10. Product Claims

The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content, and for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

11. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

13. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Licensor's jurisdiction, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or applicable local consumer protection law.

15. Changes to This Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
